A fantastic little gluten free bakery in a gorgeous village in North Yorkshire. Get there early as they sell out fast! The pastry is amazing, and everything tastes home-made. We tried a variety of bakes -our favourite was the Yorkshire Curt Tart which we had never had before - delicious! And such a lovely baker who went out of her way to make us a special request.

We just LOVE this shop. Very good value because the lovely owner is kind enough to keep her prices competitive with supermarket prices. But a way nicer experience than supermarket shopping of course, especially because the service comes with great chat from such a lovely and friendly owner. She makes amazing home made cakes too, and sells lovely crafts from local artists. We visit this shop every time we are in Castleton! Keep up the good work 🙂

Delicious brownies and flapjacks! Very nice and helpful owner. I found it very handy to fill up liquid soap etc. to the exact amount we needed. That was also much cheaper than buying it in a bigger store.

What a fabulous find! An absolutely wonderful place with amazing tasting cakes, great value items (don’t forget your containers!) all served by a super-friendly owner Lizzie. Really aesthetically well-laid out and mega clean too. You just go, you won’t be disappointed. I’m only disappointed I live so far away from it.
