Ordered some of their twisted wine glasses (which are lovely) but have had the most frustrating experience getting them delivered. A £7.50 delivery charge and I am going to have to go to Gloucester to collect as they won't leave in the porch.

Not quite what I was expecting and £1500 for a set of damaged drawers seemed unreasonable to me. Bargains to be had on ceramics and glasses however. If you are looking for something specific then the website is the better option, but if you want a bargain Christmas decoration then this is the place.
