Just had my omnitub installed and am so pleased with it. I’ve always wanted a Japanese style deep bath and it’s exceeded my expectations. Worth every penny. Forazzi bathrooms also did a fantastic job in ordering and installing it.

We love our bath so much, it’s amazing feels like you could swim in it, two of us fit so comfortably and we’re large 16 and 19 stone! If you want a bath to actually feel like it did when you were a kid, this is the one to have ❤️ ultimate comfort and luxury, and it only needs to be part filled if only one of us is in it 😊 I’m 5 foot 2 and it comes near my chin at the top, with the overflow it’s perfect height for comfortably soaking! The size options available are vast - you won’t regret buying a bath from here 🥳

It's lush!! Such a fantastic bath, admittedly ours uses alot of water if I'm going in it on my own but as a special treat this bath is head and shoulders the best bath experience ever! Plus if there are two of you in it with the amount of water two displace you don't actually need it filled up that much once you both get in.

It's so nice as a lady sitting in this bath completely submerged! Plus no cricked neck! Also with the way we built it in I can watch a film on the tablet or phone and enjoy a drink and snack whilst feeling like Lady muck relaxing in the bath!! Pure comfort!!

Top tip which will save you an expensive mistake!! You must get a fast flow rate filling tap though. The overflow filler we first got just doesn't do it, we removed the inner aerator but it was still coming out so slowly it would have taken two hours to fill!! Even when we installed a dedicated shower pump to push it in faster, it still would have taken an hour to fill up! And I would have lost the will to use it! Not too mention by which time the water would be cold.

Finally we had to buy a traditional bath filler tap with the traditional valves. It cost a large amount of money but it's the best tap in the country so I should expect it to cost, being made in London out of solid brass! The end result, the bath fills in around 8 mins!!!! Well worth the money.

Pairing the bath with the right tap is essential. One without the other renders it unusable. Do your research. We have a gravity fed system so large open flow valves in the tap is the only option!

When we happened upon Omnitub whilst looking at options for our shorter than normal bath recess we fell in love. The bath is extremely good quality and everything we expected, to add to this the service from Ollie was amazing. I messaged on WhatsApp with a couple of queries and he responded straight away, he even called me to discuss options and talk me through what I needed with the upmost patience. Now the tub is in and we have been using it, it has added a real touch of luxury to our new bathroom and should we update a bathroom in future we would not hesitate to order another of these glorious tubs!

I can only agree with the other 1-star reviews

the bathtub came in damaged. after days of chasing them, I was offered to send it back. this option didn't work for us as we had contractors working with project deadlines - the extra delays would cost us a disproportionate amount (we also don't live in the UK)

I tried to find other solutions, since I paid a lot for this item. they didn't want to find another solution - they didn't reply for weeks, later only saying they "consider this matter closed". even if there aren't other options, they didn't need to be unhelpful, slightly rude and the opposite of customer oriented

I felt communication has been polite and professional when I called and met the team in person. Delivery was prompt and correct size etc. I very much like the design of the bath tub and the bath fittings sold with it. However, my omni tub installed about 1.5 years ago is starting to show cracks on one side, the bathtub is level and installed correctly and it is only in one area. I emailed again but could not find your what app number on the website and don't have what app on my desk top. So I felt it best to post here if someone get back to me about how to have this fixed. Please if you can email me back later this week as I cannot always answer the phone. Thanks

Very different and absolutely fantastic alternative to *conventional* baths.

I have an Omnitub Duo in my own bathroom and after two years of use, I am absolutely delighted. Compared to a regular bath, the key advantages are -

# You can *completely* immerse your body into the water, no body parts sticking out
# It is *so* much more comfortable to sit inside an Omnitub than it is to semi-recline inside a conventional bath
# The water remains hot far, far longer, you can stay inside basically as long as you like - hours if you want!
# The small footprint is ideal for smaller bathrooms
# The seated position inside the bath makes it easy to watch a video or read a book whilst soaking

I had my bathroom fitters install my tub and despite never having seen one before they found it simple and easy to build a frame for it and install it. The one question they had about installation of the waste was effectively resolved by a call to Jim at Omnitub and overall support from Jim was great, from pre-sales to delivery and after-sales.

These are *different* and I understand caution but honestly, I am such a big fan of my Omnitub that I would recommend most people at least consider them as an alternative to conventional baths.

Within my small bathroom it is tricky to take pictures that do the tub justice but I have uploaded several photos to show what a tub looks like installed. Happy to answer Qs about it too, ping me 🙂

We spent over £1200 on a tub and side panel but aren’t allowed to return the unopened panel - even at our own expense, and even though it was only 17 days after delivery.

The tub was complicated to install (largely due to height & weight with water in it). After several plumber visits we realised we can’t mount the waste under the floor boards and the tub will need to sit higher than we intended and we will therefore need to put in a step to access it. That means we need to create a custom board for the side rather than using their panel. Figuring this out took a bit of time so by the time we realised we can’t use the panel it was 17 days after delivery.

Unfortunately Omnitub’s are totally belligerent in their approach to their returns policy (rather unlike Wickes and some other suppliers who allowed us to return a toilet 6 weeks after purchase).

When you’re selling a complex to install premium product I would have expected a more customer centric approach. Disappointingly not the case - wouldn’t recommend dealing with them as a result!
