I recently visited the One Beyond shop in Leeds Kirkgate and was incredibly impressed with the service I received from Adam, the store manager. He was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to assist me with my query. His knowledge and friendly demeanour made my shopping experience truly enjoyable. I will definitely be returning to this store in the future, thanks to Adam's outstanding customer service

Amazing store. Much better and cheaper than Poundland which most products are not a pound! Good choice of products and great prices. Good customer service and enjoy shopping here and saving some money. Goes s long way as everything so expensive these days. Well done and keep up with the hard work!

Far too small, very tight to get round and not the a great range of products, staff OK, a lot of the time there outside smoking or vaping, much preferred the one at the Core shopping centre but that's closed down, such a shame, loved that store but not this one unfortunately

The few times I've been in this store the management are always outside vaping and chatting , it's always a mess around the store , rubbish on the floor etc you can't move around easily and definitely no access for pushchairs with all the baskets everywhere. I once asked for help to reach something and was looked up and down like I was an annoyance. They never spoke a word yo me and stomped off , I think that was the assistant manager. Shocking service,

awful customer service, lady on the checkout was so rude and didn’t know how to use the register. they charged me for the wrong product which was much more expensive than what i originally was going to pay. security guard was no help he told us to hurry many times and that we were holding up the massive queue behind us that was caused by the cashier being rubbish. she had to call over the manager multiple times as she did not know how to work the register! will NOT be coming here again
