Good bargains however handful of rude staff including manager who barges past customers with no regard and the fair haired short haired woman on till with no personality. There are a few lovely younger staff members very polite but just find them generally rude in there

Prices are good but some of the staff aren’t very friendly. There are also age restrictions set on products that wouldn’t usually have any. I tried to buy plastic cups and 2 ping pong balls for a party game (no alcohol involved) and got asked for ID?

Correct me if I’m wrong but no other store or anywhere online says you have to be 18 to buy cups and ping pong balls!!! Very strange and I was very uncomfortable with the way the member of staff handled it.

absolutely discracefull customer service
was an older lady who was rude while i was checking out all because i diddnt know somthing. all i was getting was a bottle for my neice. as im someone who struggles to even make it out of the house and dosnt feel comfortable around people esspecially in shops i think you need to train your staff that not everyone can deal with loads of sounds and stuff on top of them being rude.

I’m disappointed in the store not only did the staff seem unapproachable but I got home after going spending money in there to blow up the Christmas snowman for it to not be blowing up because there is a massive tear in it. I’m so upset as my little sister was looking forward to it! I understand it wasn’t that expensive but I’m a paying customer and sure won’t be returning ( they didn’t give me a receipt probably cause they knew it would break! )

Terrible customer service.. everytime I go into the shop, there is a very abrupt rude women on the check out..something didn't have a price on and I asked how much the item was and her response was there's a price on it, clearly not I said which there was not, she tried to argue saying that there was! If she smiled I'm sure her face would crack... SARAH wouldn't it.
Everytime I go into there.. please get some happy polite staff 😁

This firm took over the old pound shop. They have a reasonable selection of stuff, but far less one pound stuff. And for less interest to me. The selection I did not find to be very good. That may well be of interest to others.
