Noting to write home about! The store has plenty of empty shelves, lacks organisation and the staff really need to make an effort with their appearance. Not an inviting shop, ok prices, but I’d suggest checking sell by date. Plenty of free parking in this retail park, that’s the bonus.

Ok shop but loses 3 stars due to the security guard. Just observed him chain-smoking 3 cigarettes outside the stoor only after being on his phone swiping and swiping.

I have just been charged extra for a product I did not even buy, by a member of staff, do not know her name, a cury dark hair Black woman, who said started her shift at 4 PM today...she left it on the till and not delete it, and it has been added to my receipt...I have only seen when I have checked the receipt after leaving the shop...when I came back she said "Oh, I thought it's something wrong", well if you knew, why you did not say anything in the first instance or delete the item that was added to my receipt? I would give less than one star, but no option, unfortunately...

Useless. The till staff were useless. The young chap - I’m not serving. Useless. Never going back. Just useless. No concept of customer service. Have I said ‘useless’?

Shop has great products at great prices but the staff on a Saturday are rude lady on the till snatched my money from my hands didn't say a word triple checked my £5 was real then flung my change at me .
And security guard is constantly on his phone and vaping outside. Not a good look

Great shop. It's always well stocked.

Friendly, helpful staff who go the extra mile. A great range of pet supplies on the back wall. The birds in my garden love them.

The only downside is that when I go in for a couple of items, I always come out with a lot more ?

As a bonus, there's loads of free parking outside. I highly recommend this store.

Horrible vibes in this shop - loads of homeless people running in/ around & woman behind counter didn't say a word ! No hello, thankyou, nothing. Get a new job if you're so miserable not customer service ?

Cheap store! Best for newcomers.
You can buy almost everything for home.
The quality is not the best one, but it is convenient for those who just arrived and are planning to stay for six months or so.
Also there are a few food options, sweets, cans and drinks (you can also find chocolate and). The store is giving small options for gifts as well.
