Very unhelpful and rude staff. I ordered a “too good to go” food bag, and drove all the way to collect my confirmed order. The staff member on the till barely acknowledged us, and just said “it’s not been done”…helpful.

They basically refused to give us our product and said it wasn’t their problem. Definitely require some training in customer service.

I will be taking my complaint as high as possible (to head office if I can)- it’s not about the money but the principle.

Absolutely appalled, but I'll assume the older (50/60y/o) lady had just been having a bad day; myself and others had to wait around 8/12minutes (a gentleman behind me in the queue left to find one of the staff) - both members of staff came together, ironically arguing about who would serve: the older lady who has proceeded to serve me in the past (I'm at least a weekly regular) but for some reason today wanted some sort of ID. I turned 32 on the 27th march and have been frequenting this shop regularly throughout the last decade and more. I'm just annoyed that she decided to take her angst out on me; when I KNOW she's knows me. Seems like pettiness for pettiness's sake - just know she's the reason you've lost me and a bunch of my Kesgrave acquaintances also (Penzance Road one stop it closer for many of us, harder to park, but that's absolutely negligible when you compare the service you get... 🤷💀)

Customer service from the manageress of this shop is non existent. She gives the impression she doesn't even want to be there. They are a My Hermes parcel drop off shop but she seems to think she can choose which days of the week she will and won't take parcels inspite of my attempts to help by offering to take only 4 parcels on one of her delivery days. She turned round and informed her staff not to take them. I have had several retail shops myself and what you have to do, especially in today's retail climate, is to give excellent customer service. This shop gets 1 out of 10 from me. Incidentally, the day they refused to take in my 4 parcels they still had their swing-board My Hermes sign outside their entrance as a drop off parcel shop !!!!

So nice to get a friendly welcome at your local One Stop. "3 pound!". I hand over 3 pounds and say thankyou and leave with no response. Maybe some training is needed for the elderly lady on the counter?

Staff are so miserable! Manager only jumps on till when it’s a super long que apart from that he just hides and stacks shelf’s . Your always waiting to be served because clearly stacking a shelf is more important than serving a customer . Then when they do stack shelfs they won’t move out of your way if you need to get there to get something.. very ignorant! They also used to shut the blinds on the fridges way before closing time so you would go in and have to lift them up to get what you need which would annoy them but as far as I’m concerned the shop isn’t shut yet so I’m still within my rights to purchase what I need. They won’t show your wear something is they will just tell you and you have to hunt for yourself . Never mention any deals to save you money Then to top it off staff are always slagging someone off rather than paying attention to the customer and greeting a hello

Yet to experience the helpful and enthusiastic staff mentioned by others. Would suggest a self-service checkout or two would improve customer experience.
