Always a problem with their evri service. Parcel ready for collection today and they don't have it! They said come back tomorrow instead. if you have a service where it says they don't accept parcels after 9am then I guess you'll have problems. Management is awful

I’ve lived the area for 14 years and all the local shops were scruffy and staff not so good, but when the ONE STOP SHOP on Alfred St arrived it was is a god send… the shop is very very clean and well stocked, the prices are very competitive… but most of all the staff are amazing , so friendly and polite, even the young lads are so nice. It’s a pleasure to go in. Me and my husband go most days 🥰👏👏

Waste of time being registered as an evri parcel drop off if you have a sign in the window saying you don’t accept parcels after 9am!

Some of the staff are friendly, other members of the team let them down with their can't be bothered attitude. Their EVRI service hardly ever works as it should. I have wasted many trips to the store because of this. Not even an apology or a recommended alternative.

one stop on Alfred st bury If any one is thinking of going 10mins before closing time DON'T, I have been here twice near closing time and both times the door is locked. Told staff there is still time and they have said we're closed early because they are doing something did not say what exactly. So one stop if you are going to close early change your opening and closing times please as it was a waste of journey.
