Ignorant and rude staff and a rip off. Charged me £2.50 for a sandwich that was reduced to 60p cus it was out of date then straight up ignored me when I tried to point it out when I realised on my bank app. Actual bell ends for real

Awful customer service from the humpty dumbty bald headed guy and kicked me out for knocking 2 pieces of toilet roll that i offered to pick back up absolutely disgusting and ridiculous.

Literally never had such awful customer service from a place. The evri return machine wasn't connected so I reconnected it and followed the instructions only to then find it doesn't have paper but the staff member just said "I don't have any paper" then turned away from me. Great work

Selection not bad, and decent staff. But isles are incredibly narrow. Prices are a bit steep for a lot of stuff. Milk is only good if you can get one from the back. The front ones aren't kept cold enough and go bad before the use by date. It says 24 Hr but it's not, it's 7 till midnight. Also not too bad normally but once the warm weather comes in it gets packed. Trying to shop in an evening in summer is usually limited by a queue of 13 drunk students that stink of weed and BO.

You have to go before 9.40, even though it says it's open until 10 they are mostly closed by then, they say it's because they have to do the cleaning but surely they should do it when they shut not close early to do it

Incredibly awful. Not only has the printer not been working for 2 months,but the prices are ridiculous. Don't go to this shop definitely do not recommend.

I visited at 21:45 and the customer assistant had locked the door! The website says the store is open until 22:00. What a disgrace!
