Well just made my order for the Zulus day and night scope. Took a couple of effortless minutes and the job was done. Helpful staff member who was also knowledgeable. Second item I've bought and the first one has been excellent so that's why I've gone back again. Hopefully I won't need any after sales help and that the Zulus is as good as my first purchase. Well done optics warehouse.

Absolutely shocking service. Bought a scope through their associated finance company which was approved. Had no correspondence from OW, 2 days later I called only yo find out the approval had been cancelled by them. Then searched the Web only to find the same deal elsewhere with great service. Do your homework before buying.

Fantastic company to deal with, quick delivery. Needed some advice on mounts for my new scope I'd purchased from them, spoke to a helpful lady, Nikki, got back to me next day with info I needed, ordered new mounts Thursday lunchtime and they arrived Friday morning. Highly recommend and will definitely use this company again.

They had a 20% discount over the weekend. I tried to get a scope ,unfortunately my delivery address was different to my billing address. Slightly frustrated I gave up ( this was Sunday night).
However It was bugging me, so I had the opportunity during the day to ring .
A nice gentleman answered the phone ( Adrian was his name).
I explained my situation and ade was more than helpful with my usual waffling about this and that .
I then proceeded to be a little bit cheeky and ask about the weekend discount,.
After consulting someone, I was told no problem to do that. Always of the opinion that if you don't ask etc
Anyway personal details exchanged, delivery address sorted , payment sorted out .
What a pleasure doing business with this company and especially ade ,great experience and will buy again from here if I ever need to.

Great Company. Ordered a Zulus sight at 15:00 and it was on my doorstep at 10:00 the next day. Also spoke to them about a couple of related things and found them to be knowedgable and very responsive. If only other companies could be like this....
