Sell cheap stuff that they won't replace if faulty. Go to Dyas or B&Q in the high street. Add impolite staff and that's about it.

One of my favourite shops in Staines. The shop carries a wide range of tools, rugs, dishes, sweets, dog/cat products, garden equip, bird food. Good service & I know it's not the £1 shop but worth checking out for a bargain

I am elderly and bought an assemble at home bathroom cabinet which my Son took me to collect as it was too heavy for me being disabled, when I opened the lid I found the door mirror was cracked right across I didn’t even take the parts out . My son was away for 6 weeks so I went to the shop to tell them. The man was so rude banging his fist on the counter and saying I must have done it . He was talking to another man who works there in his own language and really shouting, I was very frightened, I have told a lot of people about this and a few have said it happened to them. I have spent a lot of money in this store over the years but I will never go in there again. The man was very very nasty , I wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy

Good variety of products, prices nothing special. Signs everywhere with rules, which are very off-putting. £3 minimum spend to pay by card, this isn't advertised until you get to the till to pay.

Only place in Staines to stock 99.9 % isopropyl for cleaning computer chips. Unreal stuff!!!
