I ordered online and was sent a cheaper alternative. Not happy as I didn't have the time to waste getting the product I wanted. I won't use again. This is not the product that was sent. I could have bought the product sent locally and cheaper. AVOID THIS COMPANY

You have to drive to the back of the building for the collection. It's best if you let them know you came in by ringing the bell, which is right at the front of the building as you drive into the premises. The staff seems to be really helpful and friendly.

Staff are always so willing to help. Very welcoming. I love going here. I wish more people would use them rather than choosing bigger companies like B and Q, Homebase, and such like these. They know what they are talking about and are very helpful. Bigger companies aren't as helpful and, more often than not, won't offer to help you to your car.

Not a chance!
Terrible customer service! Very accusing and not at all helpful. Ordered correct paint from their website which linked to an incorrect code in their website basket, no description of paint colour or image like most online sites. Conveniently they updated their website between my purchase and the paint getting to me so I had no way of proving it was their mistake. The whole thing was handled badly and they started saying “we won’t give you your money back or exchange” long before any mention from my side. I was only trying to understand what had gone wrong! I will never use them again!!!

I have never seen such packaging, really effective. My order came early too. The only thing I should have liked was a paper invoice/receipt. I am of an age where I like to file things away. Thank you, I shall be a customer of yours again.
