I’d like to clarify that my review is not fake, nor was it made from a fake account. The issue I raised is based on my real experience, and I stand by my feedback.

While I understand that Royal Mail handles the final delivery, the responsibility of ensuring a parcel reaches its destination doesn’t end once it leaves your branch. As a customer, I entrusted my package to your service, and the fact that it was never delivered reflects a failure in the process.

Extremely disappointed with Paperlane Post Office. I sent a courier expecting timely delivery, but the package was never delivered and never even reached the intended recipient. There was no proper tracking or support from their end, and my concerns were met with zero accountability. This kind of service is unacceptable, especially when people rely on postal services for important deliveries. Would not recommend using their service!

I go here every day to drop my parcels off. The staff are very friendly and extremely helpful so it is always a pleasure to go to paperlane. I am really pleased that this is now my local post office and the shop is also full of most things anyone could need (except tandoori paste🤔)

Balloons bought paper lane 3 days later 36 00 pound birthday balloons did not last more than 3 day. Helium should last minimum of 7 day . Send photo complained they said it only guarantee only 24 hour if I waited to give my mom something no special it bought it on line for fraction of the amount so bare in mind when buying balloons

It's a pointless trip coming here anymore. Don't accept parcels. Noone trained on post office, staff just so unhappy and come stress rude

Interesting that from your reply your customers experiences are different to what your staff are saying... you dont have to believe me its fine. I won't be back and I'm sure other people will have a similar experience in the future

Paperlane Eastbourne is a charming shop with an excellent selection of stationery, greeting cards, and gifts. The staff are always friendly and helpful.

With the addition of a spice shop, offering a range of Asian and Indian ingredients, this place is now extra special. I've been coming to this shop since before it changed hands, and I still use it now. Whether you're looking for a unique card, stylish stationery, or speciality spices, Paperlane is the place to go.
