Ordered cut out over a week ago alongside other decorations. My cut out never arrived. Been calling /emailing all day trying to find where it is ( apparently been sent no tracking informations provided). They sent me email saying DPD delivery then told me over the phone it's DHL. It's my son's birthday tomorrow and I have no cut out at all.
Also ordered heart chocolates with writing and writing is not in the middle of the label. Birthday is very much off side nearly cut out !

I ordered some decorations for outdoors and expected to be of high quality. They were just printed on glossy paper! They didn't mention that. Some of the decoration came rolled up which was ruined. I tried emailing and calling but to no avail.
If you try to order from them, try to call them and find our exactly what you're buying so you don't end up wasting your money like I did. I even paid for special delivery!

So I drove down to party packs in Somerset, and what can I say.

Amazing customer service, as I thought there was a shop you could look round, turns out there isn't!

HOWEVER, the team there were more than accommodating, and I simply ordered it on their website while sat in the sun, and they rushed the order and I had it picked withing 15 mins of arriving!

Brilliant and so well priced!!

Deffo will be using in the future!

So disappointed with this company, ordered my items (personalized wine labels) to be delivered first class for a special occasion waited over a week with no delivery. After having emailed the company twice I still received no feedback from them. Finally I asked for a refund as my order never even arrived and I did not even get any reason as to what happened to my order and even more frustrating not once has any apology been given, extremely poor service.
