There is always a problem with returning parcels with prepaid Evri label in this shop. Cashiers are arguing that they cannot scan the label, it seems that they have no idea how prepaid labels work. Returned without any problem in different place.

Returned an evri parcel here but it was never actually scanned in. He provided me with a tracking receipt but didn’t scan the barcode. Couldn’t track the tracking number either. Wouldn’t go here again.

For the last couple of months when I have visited this shop,the guy behind the counter has had a incense stick burning, literally stuck in one of the crisp packet boxes, not only is that unhygienic it also contaminates food.. That's another thing,they don't check the dates on any of the packaged or frozen foods,they sell it while its out of date,I've bought Chicken Dippers from there and they turn to cardboard while cooking, they just crumble... And the Jaffa cakes have been stuck together and fall apart when you try to part them...the produce in the chest freezer is just thrown in without a care..
I'm amazed they have got away with it for so long..
