Five stars for Olivia specifically, she came off as very confident and made the whole process informative and swift for us. I knocked off a star for this reason: we were asked to show proof of suitable living space (I totally agree with this), but Pets at Home do not uphold these standards themselves. We got our pet from a very small glass box in the shop - how does the company expect its staff reasonably enforce living space requirements when the pets in store are cramped in a tiny box? Anyway, Olivia was very good and we now have a gorgeous little man called Lucifer, see photo attached <3

Both my cats are registered in the vets upstairs and are always friendly staff.

Normally end up buying things for my cats as I'm walking through the store, nearly bought them several scratching posts every time I go in due to wide selection of products for most regular pets and reasonable pricing for most products

Massive thank you for getting Dexter in straight away and for doing all you could. Although unfortunately they were unable to repair Dexter's leg themselves, they took great care of him whilst he was there and got us in to a specialist within an hour, great service.

Update 9th March 2023 excellent visit to the store today day and helped by a gentleman called Andy who I believe is assistant manager.

As I have a disability I had to ask for assistance, Andy was cheerful, professional, empathetic, a definite asset to the company.
