Don't try to rely on them, at any cost. One of the prescriptions I've asked in may had to be redirected by my GP, because they said they never received the acceptance from the GP (they did, just didn't cared about it). It's still on the "waiting for your GP" step today, 2 months later. Second perscription - same thing, I'm currently calling my GP because they weren't able to sort it for 2 weeks and I'm running out of medicine today.
Save your time, nerves, life and patience and just don't bother trying to use their services, because they don't do anything.

Prescriptions taking too long to post out. They received my prescriptions from my doctor on 24 June am & still not processed! I'll be moving to another online provider

They're are super reliable and always deliver. Make sure you order in advance as delivery times can be longer due to prescription having to be approved by GP but it's worth it.

As valued customers of Pharmacy2U for over 7 years, we have noticed a degradation of service where even complaints resolution is below industry standards.

Communications are very poor when it comes to stock issues and undeliverable of medications. Complaining several times leads to no improvement in service.

Contacting the Customer Service is equally very difficult when you can wait on the phone for significant wait times before finally speaking with someone. At times there is often no responses after queuing and waiting on the phone.

I would not recommend Pharmacy2U or Chemist Direct.

Might be handy when your prescription arrives becuase you could buy it at boots, but when it gets difficult they send your prescription back to your doctor and say we can't get this. So called biggest pharmacy in the uk......can't get your stuff just turn round and say no...... no sorry , no suggested alternative, no nothing . Just I couldn't be bothered to help u...GREAT PHARMACY2U GREAT FOR NoTHInG I never gave up ON anyone in MY LIFE

Not good for urgent one-off prescriptions. You would be dead by the time you get the medication. Long delays and customer service does not do anything until 10 working days since the items are dispatched. I changed my nominated pharmacy back to my local pharmacy.
