I had a really good experience. No pushy selling and genuine advice given. I left my phone at the shop and picked it up an hour later and it’s working to perfection. I’d definitely recommend them.

Went to this shop 30 mins before closing, I needed the charging port on my phone fixing on a budget. The manager explained all the differing options in depth while being easy to understand, displayed what he was going to do, at varying price points. He was throughout with all checks before and after the work was done. I had my phone fully fixed within 30 mins and have a full de-brief on the work done plus the aftercare for the fix. Overall amazing service with great prices tailored to students, would strongly recommend to anyone especially any students in the area.

I asked them a favour, to fit my new Three SIM card. He fit it in incorrectly and it didn’t work - I assume to encourage me to cancel my new order and book with him. Then I got a hard sell that my new service deal was expensive - bit I know is a really good deal. He quoted his impossible deals but I didn’t trust him - there was no leaflet and he didn’t refer me to a website. I didn’t trust him then and even more so when I discovered he incorrectly fitted my SIM card. His black bandana makes him look like a pirate and he acts like one. Horrible man

Had a problem with the screen of a Samsung Flip3. Got it fixed in no time and paid a fair price. Highly recommendable shop. Will use it again.
