I recently visited the Ralph Lauren store at Cheshire Oaks, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. The range and variety of products on offer were impressive, catering to a diverse array of tastes and styles. The staff, however, were the true stars of the visit—sweet, hospitable, and incredibly patient. They went above and beyond to ensure we found the perfect pieces in the right size and color, making us feel completely at ease throughout our shopping experience.

My sister and I thoroughly enjoyed our time in the store. The staff paid close attention to what we were looking for and thoughtfully catered to our needs. Their efforts made the experience so enjoyable that we ended up buying several absolutely amazing pieces.

Personally, I was thrilled to finally find a pair of trousers I had been hunting for over a year. After unsuccessfully searching online and in other stores, I was delighted to discover the perfect fit here, thanks to the diligence of the team.

I would like to especially commend three outstanding team members—Sarah, Ricky, and Joe—who made our visit truly memorable. Joe was instrumental in helping me locate my long-awaited trousers and guided me to the right section of the store. Meanwhile, Sarah and Ricky worked tirelessly to assist my sister, who has a challenging shoe size. They even went the extra mile to fetch options from the warehouse, resulting in her finding not just one but two pairs of shoes that she absolutely loves.

The only downside to our experience was missing out on the 10% discount available through the app. Unfortunately, I wasn’t informed about this until later. However, my sister was lucky enough to take advantage of it, thanks to one staff member who mentioned it during her checkout process.

Overall, I’m incredibly grateful for the wonderful service and the care shown by the team at Ralph Lauren Cheshire Oaks. Thank you for making our shopping experience so special!

This place is absolutely massive! I think it has the largest selection in the outlet. If you want quality items, you have to be prepared to pay for them, it's simple and normal, so don’t expect prices like those at Primark.

I have a few items from here, and after several months, they still look brand new!

Now is a good time to buy their summer clothes if you don’t mind holding on to them for the next six months. They also have some nice winter coats available.

By the way, there’s always someone here to greet you when you arrive!

The staff were friendly and approachable, happy to provide assistance. I was impressed with the staff’s professionalism and customer service, in particular Daniel Dawson and Aarav, who were very helpful and patient. They made us feel welcomed and valued as customers.

I called the York store for a VERY last minute gift for my daughter and the call was taken by Sarah. She couldn't have been more helpful and pleasant. She found the stock item I was looking for and although she couldn't promise delivery for Christmas (it was the 22/12!) she would try her very best, which she did. I had communication that it was collected straight away by the courier so Sarah went above and beyond for me to get the parcel out. It did arrive by 27/12 which was all I could have expected.
A wonderful and heart warming service, thanks again Sarah.
