One of the best shops out there. Friendly staff, the owner gave me a Christmas card and a box of celebrations back in my B&Q days to show his appreciation for my custom. Can be a little pricey but huge selection and some things are good value

Bizarre experience at this store. I had multiple items delivered here and when I came to pick them up there were 20+ parcels in the middle of the floor in the shop. It was clear that they hadn't just been delivered and it was just the way the shop functioned.

When I had my parcel handed to me I immediately knew it was wrong, as it was small and soft and I had ordered a pair of trainers. When I said this was wrong, could you check and see if there was another package for me, the assistant started laughing. It was so bizarre. Even with a language barrier, it was just so bizarre and remarkably unprofessional.

At the end, I was asking him to stop laughing and to communicate to me whether I needed to sign something or whether I can leave, he just kept laughing.

I don't recommend this shop as a safe place to have items delivered.
