Proper love this shop, fam. The owner’s a real one – always got jokes, big smile, makes you feel like fam every time. Proper caring, genuine geezer. Don’t even feel like a shop, more like catching up with a mate. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would, no doubt. Local legend, full respect!

Having just walked past the shop out revived me to do a review. I've only been in twice, both times to collect parcels. And on both occasions he was just downright rude (if you read all the comments of this shop you will see a theme development about this man) totally agree with other reviewers. He doesn't seem to care, barely dials any English and last time pretty much refused to give me my parcel as it didn't have my name on it (which was DPDs fault as they put their sticker over mine) but after showing him the delivery code and my order showing the name of the company which was also printed all over my box, eventually he just gestured to it and I presume that meant take it. So I did.

Will never give him any business in the future. If you don't like your job, and clearly he doesn't, then stop taking your stuff out on customers.

Would give 0 stars if I could, shop keeper is the rudest person I've ever met has no customer service skills is just a miserable old man who takes it out on everyone else. If you don't have any manners the job obviously isn't for you.

Unfortunately I can’t give zero or else I would! Without doubt the rudest, most aggressive shopkeeper I have ever come across! Definitely should not be dealing with the public! Avoid at all cost!!

The man who runs this shop is extremely rude. I visited on a regular basis and it shocked me at first. To be very honest, I am now getting used to it. At one point I thought it was just a joke, but it isn't. He is pretty consistently the rudest person I have ever met, with zero manners and customer service skills. The things he says honestly would easily go down in a grotesque comedy show, if they filmed the reaction of customers.

So rude- i wanted to use their postage service and the gentleman at the counter acted as if it was the biggest nuisance of his life to deal with me and proceeded to throw my parcels on the floor when done scanning. If you offer a postage service , you can’t be annoyed when people use it.
