Great kitchen shop set within the Nottcuts garden centre in Ditchling. Great quality kitchenware throughout, with lots of choice. A great selection of kitchen accessories too. Friendly and attentive staff to help you. The shop is dog friendly and they even have dog treats at the tills to treat your furry friend. They offer digital receipts too so you get it via email and they offer discounts and promotions if you sign up. Nice place, quality products and good customer service so happy to recommend them.

Called in to ProCook to purchase a replacement frying pan, as the non-stick coating had chipped. To our surprise, we were advised that it was still under guarantee and it was replaced free of charge. The staff were incredibly helpful and a special mention goes to Boudicca, who researched the original purchase details online and completed the transaction. Superb service. Thank you.

Unfortunately our experience wasn't very good. We wanted to buy some plates they didn't have them in store sent us the wrong ones and after calling before hand (4days) to make sure they can order the right ones and have them in store for us to collect they give us the ones on display.
Team friendly but didn't really listened to us. We would have saved time, mental energy and money ordering online.

I know the goods on sale in procook are a little more expensive but they are of very good quality. Wanted a new pasta aching I got one, wanted measuring spoons got them, needed a new large frying pan with lid got it. Love this store.
