I must admit I did a lot of research into the company before I ordered - they were the only place on the internet that had the shoes I wanted in the size I wanted anywhere. And they shipped to New Zealand. It all seemed to be too good to be true but tt was good and it was true.

Great updates from the moment of order, stock confirmation and tracking. Arrived on the other side of the planet within 2 weeks and very reasonable shipping.

If I could rate these guys more than 5 stars, I would!
We came into the shop today and the service was incredible. Everyone was so helpful, even to the point that they got all the different shoes they had in my size, all lined up for me to choose from.
Their customer service skills are way above what you’d get in anywhere else.

No answer when you phone. No reply when you email. Chat switched off. Ordered boots and chose next day delivery, extra paid for that service. Get told, in an email, it's being packed. When I ask why it hasn't arrived (when the chat was actually on for a change) get told that the boots are out of stock. But apparently I can't be refunded on the postage charge because it means next day from when they are in stock - not next day from when I ordered!! How does this company survive? For all the hassle and stress I'd recommend paying the little bit extra and avoid this company like the plague.
I wouldn't even give them one star.

Just returned from the shop with some new clothes and trainers 🏃‍♂️and I’m very pleased with the professional and friendly way we were treated😀. My son has a few problems deciding what he wants but the two guys today were very confident and had a little banter with my two boys who enjoyed the experience just as much as me. The two helping were Jamie and Ben. 👍Thank you for the great shopping experience we will be back soon.

This is the second time I've been here and got no customer service. Last weekend I popped in to see what's new, and loving Nike I was wow that good and spend.
The lady who I think the Manager was on the phone again the guys was busy, there was alot of young teen in store. But no real help or service. I don't recommend ⚠️

The trainers u ordered was dirty looked like they had already been worn terrible customer service waited over 3 weeks for refund said they didn't know what had happened to my parcel they never replied to my email and there is no contact number still waiting to hear back from them. I will never use this site again. Live chat was rude and unhelpful

Awful company awful service.
Apparently this is the best they could do?
This is apparently what they call well lined up @pro:direct you need to do better.
Don't deal with them.
They say they aim to respond within 48 hours, it's been more than double that time and still no reply.
They no longer have a phone line to speak to someone so you have to rely on emails (which they don't respond to) or the live chat which they don't respond to.

Copped the Green/Grey Nike Air 720 kicks. Boss place to shop if your one of those guys who takes pride in there appearance. This place sells everything and ANYTHING that JD, Schuh Etc DONT Have. Wanna stand out amongst the lads? Then DEFINITELY go here! 💯%🤟🏼💚💚
