After buying my first wedding dress and falling out of love with it with just 4 months to go, my friend panic rang prom to bride late on a Tuesday evening and Emma truly saved the day. She booked me an appointment within a few days and helped me to understand what we could get in time, she even let me try on my old dress at the shop to compare. I fell in love with my dream dress, which Emma was able to order for faster delivery and it was perfect! It was everything I was looking for and I felt amazing in it with a few tweaks from the lovely tailor Emma recommended. I highly recommend Prom to Bride in Knebworth. We went here for my daughter's Prom dress. Our experience here has been excellent. We had 3 appointments with the owner, Emma. She is super helpful, attentive, kind, patient, and not pushy. Emma stocks an excellent range of the highest quality, most up to date dresses from the leading Prom dress brands. Not only did Emma stock the limited edition dress that we were able to try and subsequently order, but her price was considerably lower than anywhere else we enquired about the same dress. The dress we bought is beautifully made and we are utterly delighted with it. Thank you so much Emma.

It is a lovely shop and Emma really knows her stuff. She is extremely helpful and is willing to go above and beyond.

The shop has a great range of dresses as well as many more that can be ordered in.

There was a minor problem with our dress but Emma’s customer service was amazing.

Was looking for a prom dress for my daughter and was really pleased to find somewhere that wasn't an hour away! Made an appointment in minutes online and received texts to confirm dates and times. On the day we had a really great experience with Emma. She was kind and thoughtful and nudged my daughter to try on many dresses to find a style and colour that she liked. We paid a deposit and the dress was ready to collect only a day or two after the initial pick up time. Booked a slot for my daughter to try it on again and all done! A really easy but thoughtful and fun experience. I would highly recommend the business and Emma to anyone looking for a dress. The final key point is that she keeps a record of the events and dresses bought so that girls don't turn up wearing the same dress even in different colours, which is really lovely. Thank you, Emma!

We had a wonderful experience getting my daughters prom dress yesterday. We managed to get a same day evening appointment after a cancellation, and we had Emma and the shop to ourselves. Emma was so helpful, knowledgeable and not the least bit pushy. There was a huge and varied choice of dresses, and lots that my daughter liked. We were lucky enough to walk out with a dress in the exact style, size and colour, but otherwise most if not all of the dresses were available to order in a range of sizes and colours. There was also a sale rail. My daughter went away with the perfect dress and feeling totally comfortable in it and most importantly feeling really pretty, which for a girl that never wears a dress was just amazing. Had a lovely experience getting my youngest daughters prom dress from here. From start to finish the lady who shop it is made every effort to help in a relaxed welcoming atmosphere. The attention to detail with what school they go too and making sure she doesn't sell same dress to a another girl attending same prom shows how she wishes to make sure the girls all have a special day.
I only wish I had known about here when my older children were prom shopping as would've been lot less stressful.
