There is total waste time here in this warehouse. Minimum to minimum time It takes 6to7hours. My appointment was at 9 am and I came at 8.30 am cheakout 3.24 pm

1-10-25 at noon! Check in at the guard shack was very professional and young lady was sweet and friendly. Also the young man that work in the receiving office they were very kind as well. Also, a very quick unload. Keep up the great work!My clock did not even have a chance to stop.

I had a delivery on 12/10. Very nice lady at second guard shack checking in trucks. Receiving was quick and plenty of room to back in the door. Unloading was fast. My appointment was scheduled for 8am. I arrived at 6am and was had a door before 7am.

I was late because of a breakdown...but they rescheduled me for 5am the next day...I arrived 10 hours before my appointment... the guard shack checked me in and he was very nice. Overnight parking and clean restrooms. I got on my door by 4:30 in the morning and got unloaded an hour later... Got my paperwork in about 15 minutes and I was out of there!

Truck driver here, I delivered at this location on 04/27/2023. I am very confused as to why these reviews are bad. I had an appointment at 06PM and checked in at 07:45PM. They have a two hour window in case you're late for your appointment, but you must arrive within those two hours. Otherwise, you'll be turned away. The security guy Jeffrey was super nice and extremely respectful. A very cool gentleman. After checking in, I went to the receiving office, and a super nice and friendly girl (with super cool arm tattoos) took my paperwork and assigned a door right away. I was unloaded in 35 minutes, full payload, and whole trailer. Very fast unloading. They use Capstone, a very affordable lumper fee. While there, I ran out of hours, so they were very nice to let me stay overnight. There is a gas station about 2.5 miles away, and they have truck parking. There's free coffee inside the receiving office and clean restrooms. Overall, it is a very nice facility, understanding and friendly staff, and clean location. Pleasant delivery. Oh, don't pet the alligators, I don't recommend it!

This place will cause you to lose loads and money and time. It's Sunday it's only 2 trucks at docks in entire yard. My appt was at 8am I arrived at 755 am. Was immediately given a door so I assumed i would be out quickly since it's not busy like usual boy was i wrong. 5 hr later I'm still here waiting on paperwork. Even after inquiring how much longer the worker told me she's going to lunch in 30 min and will be gone over a hr. This facility needs to be shut down and everybody fired this is ridiculous. Truck drivers have much tighter schedule than a hr employee who takes more breaks than necessary. I always have hated this place Publix yall really need to rethink yall warehouse operations I vote to replace all humans with robots then it'll run smoothly

Refused to unload me earlier , said all the doors were full. As you can see in the pictures, only 2 trucks were unloading out of 50 plus doors. One pallet of product that was already broken down, all they had to do was count it.

Very slow got here at 8am on time for my appointment and its 3 pm still not empty.
Been here few times my fastest time unloading was 3 hrs. They always take 3 to 6 hrs to get you empty.
