I travelled all the way from belfast to come and get a whole new ice hockey kit. When I walked through the door, there was a man at the till (didn't catch his name). I just told him I was here for a whole new kit which he replied "that's no problem, we'll start on the gloves". Throughout the fitting process I didn't feel rushed and I was asked questions such as; "does it feel comfortable". The guy made sure everything was sitting right before I bought the kit. He also let me check my skate size on the machine they have without a hassle. I then picked up a few items for our team and players which he was happy to help out with. Most approachable staff, good knowledge of kit.

Travelled up from Cardiff. Was not disappointed. Great range of skate stock in a range of sizes. Used the Bauer foot scanner which is a great tool that not many skate shops posess.
Great experience and well worth the 7 hour round trip.

As a buyer from the United States I was weary of buying from them. Their customer service is top notch. Very good communication. You can tell they go out of their way to be transparent about everything. I ordered on a Wednesday morning and my skates arrived on Sunday. Their prices are also the best I've ever seen. I got these for 400$ less then I would have paid in the states

My son has just recently started playing ice hockey. With that comes the need for equipment. We have basically used puckstop for everything and can’t fault them. They sell what’s in stock and no messing about. Fast delivery and not had any issues. Can’t recommend enough! 5 Star.
