I had such a great experience choosing my dress at Pure Couture. Amy was friendly, relaxed and we also really appreciate her advice also being a seamstress. It was the best experience out of all the bridal shops we visited and I also found my dress!

I absolutely loved my visit to Pure Couture. I came for a specific dress, but stayed for the great experience. Amy was assisting me and she was super friendly and helpful. My mom came with me when I tried a few dresses and it is such a nice memory! I found one that I fell in love with (not the one I came for). Really didn't even want to take it off! It's been a while now and our wedding plans are finally coming together enough that I am ordering my dress! So excited, I can't wait 🙂 We came out here from London, and I found that it was absolutely worth it! (the photo is not the dress I chose, as I am keeping it secret for now, but I loved this one tooo)

Wow. What an experience I had at Pure Couture! Mimi held my hand through the whole journey, from choosing my perfect princess dress, to all the alterations. She was an absolute DREAM to work with, so kind, so patient, so talented with the alterations and so communicative throughout the whole process. My experience could not have been more perfect, highly highly highly recommend getting your wedding dress at Pure Couture!!

Pure Couture was the second bridal shop that I looked in, the moment we walked in I was made to feel relaxed and important without it being awkward. I especially liked that the shop was closed to everyone but the people who attended the appointment creating a lovely environment.

The dresses are all beautiful, but it is the customer service that really set this experience apart. Amy listened to want I wanted, and you could see her taking in every response I made to what I was trying on which led to me feeling like she really understood what I wanted from the dress. Not once did I feel rushed or like I was going to be pressured to buy something that was not 100% right for me.

At my first fitting we discussed any alterations in depth and everything was thought of leaving me with the dress of my dreams.

I was also lucky enough to get an appointment for my bridesmaids to get dresses before they stopped this line, and the experience the girls had was just as good as my bridal fitting.

I cannot recommend Pure Couture enough!

Pure Couture was the 5th bridal shop I visited in the search for my wedding dress, and immediately I felt the atmosphere was so much more relaxed and welcoming than other shops. The staff are highly skilled at what they do and the alterations are done on site, which is really convenient! A huge, huge thank you to Mimi who was so incredibly patient and accommodating. After struggles and insecurities with skin problems in the lead up to the wedding, she did a wonderful job of lining my dress and creating back up sleeves in case I had a flare up. I honestly felt so amazing on my wedding day! Thank you for all your hard work! ❤️

Couldn’t recommend more. Both my sister and I got our wedding dresses here, travelling from London especially. The shop and staff are lovely. They’ve got a great collection and they are in-house seamstresses which makes the whole process so much easier and means you can really customise your dress. I had a bespoke dress with a “skirt swap” which turned out so perfectly. Highly recommend!!

My daughter, Lydia, had a lovely experience at Pure Couture. Erin was very relaxed, friendly and helpful selecting a multitude of beautiful wedding dresses for Lydia to try. Her Nan, future mother-in-law and myself attended the appointment and coupled with a glass of Prosecco made a very enjoyable morning. And Lydia said “yes to the dress” finding ‘the one’!!! Very excited! Thank you Erin and Pure Couture for finding Lydia’s dream dress!
