This QD is a really lovely store. It always looks so magical at Christmas time and the Christmas aisle has so many different Christmas decorations and lights for your home. The gift sets cater to all different tastes ranging from bath sets to chocolate sets. The staff are friendly and polite, I highly recommend coming here to do some Christmas gift shopping.

Heard a male member of staff being rude about a traffic warden trying to do his job. Called him a "jobs worth"
The traffic warden was only asking people to move out of a loading bay!
Horrible attitude to someone trying to do their job. Not a professional reaction infront of a member of the public

Qd went there for some blinds and some roller blinds I have everything there food kitchen stuff dog products drink flowers got a lovely orchard from there very cheap, cards you name it, Well set out shop,the staff are helpful,

Tracy the manager in stowmarket is so lovely. Honestly I went in after an aftershave that wasn't in stock she said I could leave my name and number and she would call me when stock come in months passed and I get a phone call out the blue it's Tracy ringing to say they have finally had stock and would I still like some.

Cannot rate her customer service enough she really did go above and beyond and I'll always remember that ..

I had a browse in here yesterday with my mum and found it to be clean and tidy and had a great variety of items. The clothing was very reasonable and looked to be good quality. I also love that you stock the full vegan astonish cleaning range.

Easy parking for a wheelchair user right outside. Good room inside to view and purchase vast array of stock. Garden centre come to life (Feb 25th) only gripe only mainstream seed spuds, no specialities like Ratta and salads.
Queues at till, young lad opened another immediately. Only reason not 5* is because I wasn't able to purchase all I went for. I will be back next time I'm here.

Fantastic shop, great variety of items at reasonable prices. The staff during the last 18 months of lockdowns have been truely wonderful; friendly , polite & professional. They embody a real spirit of community in the centre of Stowmarket. Well done QD 🙂
