If you want have a look around this is not the place to go . The staff here are incredibly rude and got angry at two kids for wanting to test the fidget toys and tried to kick them out I was there and staff give dirty looks and follow you around if you do something wrong like being in there for more then 2 minutes the only reason it is one star is because they sell a selection on things but the staff are horrible and I wouldn’t recommend just going to look

Very nice staff..the store is a little bit like what Woolworths used to be..but not quite as cool. Still, tonnes items from toys to food, to clothes etc...good prices too. They're not ripping you off like some of the larger chains and brands do (I'm looking at you Sainsbury and other over priced stores!..😡).

They have ill business practices. Hardly anything is discounted. They will not give you a refund, so be careful before you go in make sure you read their return policy.

The service is always embarrassing. There's always multiple members of staff doing absolutely nothing, while a queue builds up. As someone who has worked in retail for many years, I know what good service looks like and this isn't it. The rest of the shop is generally clean and tidy, parking at the back available and affordable prices. I'd rather pay more though and be served with a smile and a 'hello'.

Very good service and range considering the size of the store. Tim in particular knew where everything was as well as pointing out associated products eg: 'Bike spanners are here- Bike oil is the next shelf down'. Very subtle but expert sales.
