Visited the store today to purchase some furniture and I must say the whole experience from visiting the restaurant to making a purchase of several pieces of furniture was absolutely first class . The customer service provided by staff was outstanding I didn’t get the gentleman in the restaurant name but he was so helpful and made sure we all got exactly what we wanted with nothing too much trouble. Thank you.
The two ladies who we dealt with whilst purchasing several pieces of furniture were also first class with their customer service again couldn’t have done anymore to help , they were both professional, polite, friendly and made us feel very valued and like nothing was too much trouble . We will definitely shop here again in future and would also recommend to friends and family. Thank you to Angela the store manager and Wendy for all your help, patience and friendliness today it was a pleasure to shop in a store with first class service from the staff. Definitely deserve 5 star review would give more if I could.

Recent refurb. It has got a lot smaller and awkward. No children’s toys, no entrance on Rayne Road anymore.

Found some nice bedding, so I went to the closest till to be told I can’t pay for bedding at the till next to it. I must go round to the opposite side of the shop and only one till you can buy bedding from… I think there’s 3/4 tills in the shop?! Seems all very strange, not really a department store anymore. Huge shame.

Great department store that is forgotten by too many people.
Great for clothing selection for all. All departments are a good size and the staff are always very friendly and happy to help you with any queries.
The store is located opposite the towns multi storey car park and has in store restaurant and toilets.
If you have not visited the store, you should as you will be surprised just how great the store is.

Nice store, but restuarant not so good paid £37 for 2 meals a Kids meal and drink. Total waste of money, very poor quality

Agree with previous comments, great for gifts and home wears. Good for menswear accessories. However, there is a great lack of plus size clothing (Male and female).

Cleanliness also when you move further into the store requires a great deal of work. Away from near the entrances, there are central parts of the site which need serious renovations as it makes an unpleasant shopping experience due to feeling very drab, dark and tired.

If improvements were made and money invested, could be the town go to store; but
