Yesterday,I brought a cake rusk from the quality foods that had expired for more than 8 months and is still on the rack for selling. What kind of inventory are they doing?Is this the quality they are offering to the customers?

Prices of dry fruits are very high and quality is very worst. I have purchase a walnut packet, but when I opened taste was very bad, bitter, and smelled of old dry fruit.

I am an old customer of qf. Where I got all the stuff and I am very happy with the customer service girl her name was may be chahal chahar. She is such a nice girl serve me very kindly and smiling every time whenever I go quality foods.

I had a very disappointing experience at this store. The staff’s behavior was unprofessional and lacked basic customer service skills. It felt like customer needs were not a priority at all. Additionally, the store had an unpleasant odor that made the shopping experience even worse.

The parking ramp is also a serious issue—it’s poorly maintained, and I’ve seen several cars get damaged due to its condition. This is unacceptable for a place that serves so many customers daily.

Management urgently needs to address these problems to improve the overall experience for customers. I won’t be returning until significant improvements are made.

Customer service is terrible ! I purchased some Atta from them to only them not have any in stock and failed to communicate when being served on the tills. When at customer services she was not interested in sorting an refund, she refunded me in cash when paid on card, was distracting talking to other people. Wouldn't recommend.

Indian grocery store in Hounslow. You will get almost all asian vegetables, fruits, masalas, grain, rice, etc. Reasonable price, but recommend checking the bill before you pay. Sometimes staff will enter wrong items or quantity.
