I am a regular customer at the fooseway co op
On the whole the staff are very helpful , l felt abit sorry for a member of staff who was working behind the TIL who was told of in front of customers , by male manager.
Does look a little unprofessional and the staff
Deserve some respect .
Lovely Anita is a ray of sunshine and always helpful other staff could learn from her

Very rude member of staff when I tried to return a parcel, Kath rudely informed me I needed a label, I showed her my e mail stating no label needed, after a conversation of her telling me again I need a label, she takes me to a machine where one can be conveniently printed off, a little customer service would 've been good explaining the system, surprisingly she was wearing a supervisor badge, so should show a little more patience and service.

Overcharged & VERY put out that had to rectify. No apology just a sour face. What happened to customer service? Staff need retraining if they ever had any!

Open till 10pm. Wide range of produce at good Co op prices. Sometimes the smaller Co ops are more expensive. Not here though
