Quite often you can go in and near to the fridges, and it will smell rotten like death and decay has occured nearby. And it's almost like the staff ignore it, with their "fix" to be burning incense near the till so they don't have to smell it! Also the rats are bold and quite huge here too! they will sometimes run out from under neath shelves and fridges and run to the next point even while the shope is full of people!

THIS STORE NO LONGER OFFERS CLICK & COLLECT.

Its a busy convenience store. I do have to report that this is no longer a click & collect location, after having a few of my parcels refused & returned to the sender last week.

This means I don't have my items & I have paid for a "wasted postage." To resend ebay expect the seller to pay the postage - even though I & they made no mistake.

I have spoken to ebay today, 27.2.24 after my messages to them got no response from them - & they still have the shop listed as a click & collect address. ebay said they must go through the right channels & their system will not be updated straight away today.

I dont know the ins & outs of Ebay's click & collect system agreement, but I can advise you not to use the click & collect option at this shop, if it still shows as an option, or you will not get your parcel & you will have wasted your money on the postage.

Called to collect parcel, waited in long queue of shoppers, then it was my turn, come to pick up a parcel, move down to the bottom till I was told, no body had been serving on this till,I moved down and they started serving the next guy in the queue, I shouted up hello I am here to collect my parcel, the guy waved his hands at me, the customer told him to get my parcel as I was waiting in line.
They are very rude and ignorant in here, they operate a parcel collect and drop point but if its busy there interest is only to sell items.
They stand talking loud on there mobile phones while serving customers, Rude

If you can avoid going here I would. Nothing like it used to be. Very over priced and extremely rude staff! My local shop but I'd rather walk an extra 10 minutes to the next one. Used to be such a welcoming shop to go in. Shame

Was charged 16 pound for what it saw was 7 or 8.....told the guy this isnt 16 pound no way.he changed a few things and it was 7.....cost of living is high but not MILE high...#addup
