‘Lost’ a pair of one off trainers ordered through EBay’s authentication process. When they eventually found them weeks later, they refused to offer any method of me getting hold of these, despite the offer to pay for them.

Claimed that the shoes were ‘locked away’ for use as a ‘training aid’ and told me I’d have to find and purchase different pair instead, complete failing to understand the one off nature of the product I ordered.

EBay’s whole business model is built upon finding ‘one offs’ at great prices. Clearly they have lost sight of this vision

Item was a genuine dress that came directly from a company I work with. They refused to authenticate the dress as they have very little experience in that field. Sadly a Scam company

I feel compelled to leave a review after a second bad experience from this company. I have sold two beautiful items of gold jewellery on ebay and both times they were rejected by this third party authenticator. The reason being there was no hallmark or not valid in the UK. The first was a pair of Arabic gold bangles and the second a pair of french earrings with the traditional french eagle gold standard hallmark. I explained in both listings the hallmark and that they have been fully acid tested which obviously the buyer was happy with. This has cost me approximately £2500 in sales, £25 in postage and two wasted trips to the post office.

Sent a watch for Authenticity and received back two days later with no explanation at all. The Casio watch is Authentic but now we have been charged seller fees from EBay and buyer has requested a refund it feels like we have been scammed in some way.

WARNING

God knows who these clowns are but I have now had issues on THREE yes THREE occasions. Talk about incompetency, I have sent them an authentic pair of trainers that I personally bought from an official retailer and they have come back to say they “don’t seem” authentic? Surely anyone authenticating shoes should be able give clarification. They have cost me time and money and now I have an unhappy customer who thinks I’ve tried to sell them counterfeit shoes. I will be taking this further and finding out who these people are. Pathetic

Sent a ring to them to authenticate with the certificate which states all the informations about the diamonds....and they returned the ring saying I didn't write my listing correctly on ebay about the diamonds colour and clarity....I literally copied what was on the certificate....lost the sale and the buyer might think that I am not a genuine seller. I have bought the ring from a reputable jewellery which supply the certificate with it.

Don't bother to post anything for authentication if ebay asks you to. This company doesn't know anything about authenticity. You will get your item back the next day with failed authentication. Ebay should review before using their services again. Clearly, this company doesn't have the capability to deal with original goods.

Absolutely jokers they ebay authenticed a pair of trainers that were clearly from 2 different batches (right and left trainer was complety different material) when I returned them they said they had been tampered with complete scam of service, I suggest ebay use different company complaints going in.
