I love this shop- it’s my favourite in Stamford and i come all the way from Leamington to visit! I visited today introducing my mother to the shop. We had wonderful friendly service and went home with a few bags of bargains. Can’t wait to go back in another 6 months.

I found this shop unexpectedly. I bought a lovely handbag which was a real bargain. Clothes are beautiful & so reasonable, identical items selling up north for much more. Lots of pretty items for presents. Can't wait to return with time to try things on. A huge plus, they take cash!

30/1/24 visited with my daughter. Lady serving was very rude. She overheard us talking about needing to go due to an emergency plumbing situation at home - my husband called and had this conversation right in front of her, and she heard me telling my daughter we had 7 minutes, at which point my daughter was heading for the changing rooms.

My daughter was very quick and the lady serving ignored me when I said excuse me to hang an item back up.

Despite us talking about having a couple of minutes to meet our lift, she claimed a lady behind us was first. We were not aware of the lady and apologised, she was lovely and said she didn't mind if we were in a rush.

The lady serving ignored that, took her things and served her anyway, saying "It's no big deal is it?" to us.

I said to her she must have heard us saying how rushed we were.

I felt this lady was very off in her approach to our situation. I left the shop whilst my daughter waited to pay. I have never been spoken to in such a dismissive, unhelpful way. Rude. I won't be in again.

We've bought a number of things from here on our visits to Stamford. I dare say this rude lady won't be bothered about our loss of trade.

I go to Rapport almost every time I go to Stamford. Their selection of clothes, purses, jewelry, and other accessories is ever changing. It seems the color selections are usually what is trending for the season. They have something for almost everyone. The prices are very reasonable. Very rarely can I go in and not walk out with something.

Love ? this place . Beautiful clothing, accessories , scarves and the staff are lovely very helpful . I love this shop as there is always different things in to buy and not many of each item like you would get in a high street store . Also it’s great value for money . They don’t rip you off .

A lovely shop which I regularly visit when I come to Stamford. Great clothes, bags, jewellery & gifts.The jewellery is different & very reasonably priced & they sell lovely decorations at Christmas.

Very disappointed in service. Went yesterday at 4:30 & asked about an item in the window display only to be told it was the last one with more coming in today. Not living locally I asked if I could fit the one in the window & was greeted with a absolute no ?‍♀️
What is the point in having a window display that’s ’Not For Sale’
In today’s economic climate one would have thought the customer comes first !
