Excellent service. Ordered a few bits including a bag of 6 bolts. Emailed me the next day to say that they only had a one bag left in-stock and it only had 4 bolts in (fine for my needs). Refunded me for the missing 2 bolts and the postage as it could fit in an envelope. Fantastic ?

Outstanding speedy service; husband delighted to be able to make repairs to his RC Maverick which had been damaged by our son. However what we noted and especially appreciated was the enclosed partial refund of the shipping cost - our delivery came as a Large Letter and this saving was passed back to him. Many businesses would not have bothered - this speaks to us of the integrity of small businesses and most specifically RC OCTANE. Thanks; he's sure to use you again.
