That lady that worked in online collection was so rude and super not helpful as I have been trying to find is the product I bought was new or been used as the box was damaged and tapped back. I won’t comeback to this store again as I don’t have any great experiences from it.(even just for the collection).

Very bad experience. I bought washing machines on 07.05.2025. And they say we dliver next 14 days. And its 14 days it’s go I have not received the items and I call them they give me different number to call them I bought from you Argos and you responsible to Dliver
Rubish and rubish never ever buy anything from Argos you should have -0 star

Fantastic service at Argos Forbury Reading. I had ordered an item online and went in to collect. I was greeted by Betty who was very friendly and efficient, she processed the collection very quickly. Betty is a credit to the company. The friendly team at Argos Reading Forbury are clearly a reflection of the managers leadership. Please ensure that my comments are passed on.

This morning on line I was having trouble getting Argos to accept a £30 voucher off of an item I was trying to order so I went to Reading store to try to sort it out.
Then I could not get on line in the store and the item number was on my phone.
JAS came to my rescue and was absolutely marvelous in sorting it out and arranging delivery for the next day.

Argos is the worst store in the UKwhen it comes to furnitures. When you buy something online it will never be delivered, does not matter if you pick store collection or home delivery. They take your money but they dont have the products they sale. Refund take a lot of time. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING AT ARGOS!!!!!!!!

Bought a £30 item that was terrible quality and misleadingly advertised. It broke on first use so I returned it 6 months into its 2 year warranty. Staff refused to refund and spent ages wasting my time quizzing me with irrelevant questions. Really poor service, Argos need to do something about it.

I had really bad experience at this store. I purchased a laptop online which came with a broken seal. I went to the store to return it and a manager called Iram refused to return it saying she cannot accept it and I will need to return it online. On top she lied and said since the payment was made with PayPal they don't do PayPal refunds instore. I wanted to return instore as laptop was delivered in a different city before Christmas. Since then I came back to reading with laptop. I called the customer service team who said they have no idea why store gave me miss information. All in all I had to return the laptop to my parents house (paid £13 postage) so that Argos online team can collect it and refund me. These people could have easily accepted my return but refused and lied. Avoid this store.
