Friendly staff, nice coffee, but the play area could do with a huge refurbishment. Just about every corner and surface of the soft play area is falling apart and looks to be covered in duct tape.

Went to a kids party this morning. This place is absolutely disgusting. Needs ripping out and starting again. The place smelt like wee. The table and chairs were falling to bits, the paint is coming off the walls. I was hoping my daughter didn't need the toilet however, I wasn't that lucky. The smell was unbearable and they looked derelict. Avoid!

Staff are nice and coffee is good but the play equipment is very outdated. Most play items on the larger side are broken or taped together, and all there is to do is the slides and ball pit. We do like this place, but it definitely isn't my first choice, which is a shame

In our home, we call it Wacky Smellhouse or Sticky Warehouse. It usually smells, and it's pretty dirty: tables, floors, and toilets all need a good scrub along with the play area itself. I've never seen such a massive amount of dust on the slide in any other soft play we visited.

Absolutely disgusting looks like it hasn’t been cleaned for about 2 year thick dust on the slides the floors are sticky and disgusting and the smell is horrendous smells like sewage everytime someone opened a bathroom door the smell filled the room my 2 year old has been ill since we went and has contracted conjunctivitis from there would not bring your kids the place needs shutting down massive health and safety risk!!!!

Come here with my kids all the time! Could do with a bit of a revamp and refresh but either way it’s the perfect place for my kids to burn off some steam!
Great value for money for the play and also for food too we love that they have different daily deals on different food! They also have lots to suit any vegans or vegetarians which is fab for me as my son as a cows milk allergy which means there’s lots on offer for him!

We attend wacky on a regular basis the children absolutely love it. The staff are always super friendly and helpful and have a smile on there faces. We usually have lunch why we are there which is always nice. Prices are very reasonable as we get wacky pass.

This place needs a seriously good deep clean. There is no excuse for it it is filthy. Not only do the facilities need an update it just needs to be swept, mopped, sanitised and all the cobwebs wiped away from the toilet walls. It's clear this isn't done on a daily basis we went in early doors .
