Room was spacious and nice and facilities were average but staff are terrible. We paid for late check out and cleaning staff kept asking us when we are leaving before check out time, in the end, ended up standing outside out door till we left.
The lady I had for my treatment was 30 mins late to work/my appointment first thing in the morning, didn't apologies or seem bothered. Additionally, she filed down my nails so much they are now weak and keep ripping and I came last month. Not impressed.

It was a wonderful experience to stay , awesome customer service, very supportive and professional indeed. It was very special stay for me because of my birthday surprise . Whole staff surprised me with cake and celebration was very emotional and heart warming. Highly recommended and must stay.

I had booked a spa day for myself and my mother for March 27th. I had asked for an email confirmation, to which they responded was not possible - don't know why?

This got cancelled by the spa - not us - due to illness of staff. I asked for a refund which they weren't able to do at the time.

It has been 6 WEEKS and I haven't recieved a refund.

I've rang several times and there's always an excuse.

Why should I be chasing for a refund that should have been automatic on the day?

I will be contacting the ombusdmen if this isn't resolved.

After checking out of the hotel my car battery had died and had to wait for assistance . We went into Reeds for a drink and some food while we waited, Julie and Ryan were very friendly and I couldn’t recommend them enough to cheer you up. After such a miserable start to the day they deserved a positive review. Thankyou

Really enjoyed our Spa weekend, the treatmeant was fantastic and the spa facilities clean, slightly disappointed by the amount of children using the facilities due to noise, but apart from that I would definitely recommend, I'm already planning my next spa weekend there

We went as part of a spa day and it was lovely. Used the gym, the pool, the sauna and had a massage. Really happy with it!

18 years ago this was by far the best gym and spar in the area.The only change since then has been a very impressive new steam room, which unfortunately , last night wasn't working.Plenty of good parking, nice sports bar and resteraunt,very friendly and helpful staff and a good range of facilities makes it easily tick all the boxes.Unfortunately the place is tired, run down and seriously lacking maintenance.

Stay at another hotel, be warned,book your Christmas party's at a more respectful venue!!!! There's a rat in the kitchen!!
