Super helpful staff and incredibly accomodating to my dog! Went in there to get some waterproofs and ended up buying 6 or 7 things. It certainly helped that we walked in seeing 70% off but I think most of the things we purchased would have still been picked up. The selection of clothing is also fantastic too - so much so that we used everything n our next hike 10 minutes later

Actually really friendly staff, we came in to find my grandma a new waterproof coat to keep her warm while we watch the waves. Everyone was helpful, from moving things or hanging up coats and giving us advice on what would be best. We picked a suitable coat and we were going to put it on as soon as purchased and they took the tags off and the assistant even warmed it up on the heater and helped my grandma put it on.

I had to purchase some waterproof overtrousers as the day turned out colder than I had dressed for. The shop stocks a good range of clothes, boots and accessories. The shop attendant was helpful and prompt. However the shop could do with more staff at busy periods, as during my visit there was only person handling all enquiries and service. Overall I'm very happy with the service and my purchase.

Popped in yesterday and tried on a navy regatta. Without any pressure Sean saw that it was too big and showed me a beautiful Mediterranean blue Crag hopper. Fit like a glove. Fantastic coat. Excellent service. I'll be back for some boots I spotted ?

I've been to this shop many times over the years. I've found it consistently good value, with a great stock of, particularly, walking shoes. In fact the last three pairs of shoes I've bought have all come from this shop. The last ones being Italian with a hard Vibram sole that has lasted over two years. Since I walk 4-5 miles a day, that is very good. My shoes usually only last one year. I'd recommend this shop to anyone.

Great quality outdoor clothing and boots at excellent prices from brands like Regatta, and Weird fish. Dogs allowed inside the shop which is always useful. Friendly helpful staff. Recommended visit whenever you are in Boscastle.

Phoned before visiting just to check they had walking shorts in stock. Couldn’t have been more helpful - and when we went into the shop. Great prices, lots of quality stock items. A gem of a shop!

Great little shop with some decent gear at reasonable prices. Just be sure not to ask for help from the patronising guy that works here that keeps saying "do you understand what I'm saying". Yes we understand you, it's not difficult to understand that you don't have my size shoe in stock.
