The orange coat on the mannequin used to be £100 and now is £29.99 but the same orange coat in the same shop different place used to be £60.00 but now is £29.99. So all are 29.99 and their old prize is just made up.

Had to return a pair of faulty boots, the way they dealt with it was amazing, I didn’t have my receipt, but had proof of payment . Boots replaced no quibble. Top service. Highly recommended for quality outdoors gear at fair prices.

Layout of store easy and great selection of products. Staff were all very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. I was given guidance on the aftercare of my boots and coat and left with more than I intended to buy!

I bought a really expensive pair of Skarpa boots who the manager said had a lifetime guarantee in 2921, they are faulty with the seam stitching leaking, when I tried to get a replacement I was told they never said a lifetime just a YEAR. I suggest you don't buy Skarpa boots or believe what this shop management tells you.
The boot gets absolutely waterlogged, not waterproof

Went to this store when the sale was on. Got some really good bargains.
Good quality items, but watch some of the garments, try before you buy, Regatta a little tight with materials.

Great place to shop, sale on at the moment (31.01.22) there are a lot of bargains, very good quality clothing, but watch the sizes, a little skimpy on some of the clothing. Very helpful staff.
