Revival Beds

Ordered a brochure and took time to choose and decide . Booked an appointment and had a 1:1 with a sales advisor. Was good to have the time and attention. The showroom has lots of the beds and mattresses to view and try . Lovely to see the master craftsmen from what we peeped into workshop to see. Beautifully made beds. From placing order to delivery the communication was excellent. On delivery day we had 3 great guys and 1 was even 17 years I'm business and knew the beds inside out as he also made the beds . Other guys were also good and respectful of our home and shoes off once inside our home . Bed put together and all care and details of bed discussed. It's quite an investment but we very happy with our purchase and we slept great too . Our Christmas present to ourselves and we delighted with Revival Beds and the workmanship .

The sleigh bed we ordered from Revival Beds is really great quality and will be a wonderfulbit of furniturefor years to come. The delivery and assembly team did a fantastic job putting it together and we've really enjoyed the bed. A great experience all around.

We are absolutely thrilled with our bed! Superb craftmanship that really stands out from store-bought beds. The whole process was smooth and professional with great communication throughout. We plan to buy the matching wardrobes next year! Furniture to last for many years to come!

So my partner & I moved in together over 3 years ago now, we bought a new bed that came with a mattress, and the first night we said 'we need to buy a new mattress immediately' ... anyway ... fast forward 3 years and we finally did it, and now I am just incredibly annoyed that I didn't find revival beds before then. Ordering process was seamless, delivery was perfect and the mattress... well I've not sat on the sofa since last Thursday. 2 Top Tips from me 1: don't EVER trust a bed that says 'comes with mattress' 2: buy your mattress from revival beds

We ordered bedroom furniture, minus a bed, and despite the challenges of the past year, received excellent customer service and bespoke furniture. We are delighted with the furniture build and ascetics, however we need to be mindful of the vulnerability of the finish with water spillages as they mark instantly. Revival beds have been more than helpful in restoring our furniture with product advice. I only wish I could complete the look with a bed to match but need an electric bed for health reasons.

Disappointed that my bed hasn't held up over time, unfortunately as I'm unable to find proof of original purchase (revival deliverd it themselves to my house!) I'm unable to have major defects rectified and will be taking my ambassador double to the local tip. Buyers beware guarantee! I bought the bed as I'm disabled and need longevity but unfortunately this isn't possible. Build quality on my bed is poor, offcuts have been used and some attempts to hide have been made as pictured. Maybe I'm asking for too much it's approximately 10 years old but issues have been going on since I contacted the company several years ago. Edit: your reply is meaningless because nothing has been rectified after contacting you. The lads who delivered and installed were FROM YOUR COMPANY REVIVAL I'm sorry you make a poor quality disposable product that has no longevity. No water or excessive heat or even low or high humidity has effected this bed it's the cuts of timber which have warped due to lack of knowledge or laziness my the manufacturer. It's a cheap pine bed with a high price and a ikea lifespan It is what it is Cheers for the reply I'm sure it's for anyone else reading and definitely not to help me! Great Just to clarify they won't help if you have issues down the line but are happy to take your money

Just had a Gentleman’s Cupboard delivered, excellent job of getting it round some tight corners! I’d already bought a bed and super impressed with the quality so then decided to get some more furniture but ordered the wrong finish. Customer service was exceptional and they offered to swap it and redeliver which is when I also decided to get the cupboard. Now going to order a chest. Delivery team were very professional and dead friendly. Really refreshing to get a combination of very high quality products, superb customer service and incredibly friendly team who took great care and were a pleasure to have in the house.
