Absolutely fantastic customer service! I came to Ben and the team as a complete novice with two jobs that needed to be printed in a hurry. They were so warm and easy to talk to on the phone, and really put me at ease. Not only were they willing to help me step by step with their technical expertise, with great patience, but also printed and delivered both jobs on time (next day!!) without any fuss. The prints were beautiful on fantastic quality paper. I won’t go anywhere else for any printing jobs from now on. Highly recommend!

I have traded with this company, both as a private customer and as a small business owner, for about 15 years and have always been extremely happy with every aspect of their service. However, I recently had to call on their expertise as a result of moving house in order to get my Canon ImagePROGRAF PRO-2000 up and running. The support provided by Ben (at RGBuk) was exceptional. He tirelessly talked me through solutions to the problems I was having re-commissioning the printer over the phone. The phrase "going the extra mile" is an oft-used complement - however, my experiences with RGBuk is that they always "go the extra 100 miles" - they really do provide a truly excellent level of service. RGB are amazing. They have helped us out on many occasions with emergency overnight delivery of consumables. The customer service and tech support is brilliant and no problem is too big or too small.

We purchased a Canon GP 4000 in May 2022. From the initial enquiry to install Ben and the team were excellent answering questions and offering advice and support.

We enquired about buying a printer and were pleased to find a Canon dealer nearby who could supply.
We met them and had a long demonstration which was helpful.
The printer was delivered efficiently by 2 of the staff promptly within a week - followed by an in depth introduction to how to use the machine.
My husband uses Canon full frame cameras & professional L lenses - so Canon‘s latest printers would appear to translate seamlessly & they haven’t disappointed.
