Leila and the team are just the best and I go out of my way to get my fruit and veg here as you can guarantee quality, taste and a big welcome. It’s a boon to the high street and it feels like the heart of the community - just as a family-run greengrocers should be. But it’s also gone a few steps above and the offer of flowers, plants, eggs and pantry things is great to have. And to say that Leila has an aesthetic eye and green fingers is an understatement - the flower arrangements and wreath are stunning and the plants of such great quality. Look out for the traditional sign writing too.

Such a lovely friendly place. The fruit and veg is always very high quality. I especially love their boxes which are great value & have a really lovely selection of seasonal bits, along with the family favourite bananas!! And always done with a personal touch and excellent customer experience. Would highly recommend

We get a Rhubarb fruit & veg box delivered and it’s a highlight of the week. Fresh and delicious produce and carefully selected. I’ve had able&cole in the past and get much more for my money here and more range.
Also makes me eat more healthily and more things I wouldn’t usually. Would highly recommend.

A real gem in our village!! Leila and Jordan have taken this shop on and given it a new lease of life. Superior quality fruit and veg at really competitive prices. Also nice to try some new seasonal produce and locally grown options too.
Adorable flowers and plants 🪴 too.
Definitely worth a visit or ordering a veg box with free local delivery!!

SUCH an AMAZING addition to our village! Absolutely love how Leila, Jordan (& Family!) have taken over what has ALWAYS been one of my personal favourite & essential "Go-To's" on the High Street.

Couldn't be more delighted with the new owners of Rhubarb now trading on the corner and remaining as a Green Grocer while introducing different product ranges too (like Marmite Rice Cakes - my favourite!).

The new look, extended variety of fruit & veg (plus some organic ones too!), the FANTASTIC selection of flowers and the wonderful team make it quite the "happening" place to go to:
Last weekend, me & a couple of other shoppers were treated to an impromptu bouquet demonstration: it turned into a wonderful celebration of village-life & quite the party - so much fun! Thank you Leila (& Jordan assisting/co-presenting!) it was the highlight of my weekend! 🥳😍💐
