Purchased a Spencer Accent chair, shop stock, from Richdale Sofas. Rachael in the showroom was polite, friendly, knowledgeable and of great assistance. Our purchase was not rushed. There were plenty of chairs ( and sofas ) from which to choose. Richdale Sofas was able to make a bolster cushion in the same fabric prior to early and convenient ( for us ) free delivery. We live in a first floor flat, which was no problem for the Richdale delivery crew, who clearly knew how to get furniture to location without damage or problem. All in all, a trouble & stress free shopping experience with Rochdale Sofas. Thank you!

Bought our new suite from here after my parents purchased theirs several years ago and its still like new. Suite was a really good price, I asked them to check it fit in the house before purchasing and thankfully Rich came over and it fit. Was delivered bang on when they said it would and was fully covered until it got into my hone and I love it. Lovely guys too! I highly recommend.

Me and my partner took a trip here to have a look at some options for a bespoke sofa. We had tried all the main stores such as DFS, SCS, Barker & Stonehouse and many others but each sofa we previously liked there was always 1 or 2 things that we’d love to change if we could..so this is where the idea of having a custom bespoke sofa came to us & then we found Richdale Sofas.

We went into store & spoke to the lady inside. She was really helpful and gave us numerous of different choices & gave us every piece of information we could ask for, letting us know what we can and can’t have from a sofa but everything we could & would need was all within reason.
Highly recommend this place to anyone wanting a bespoke sofa.

I had a sofa made to measure and it needed to match one i already own and which is so comfortable. My new sofa is brilliant. I also replaced cushions on my old sofa. I will have that sofa reupholstered soon, it just needs a bit more wear. Rachel is so helpful and Richdale Sofas cannot be equalled on price. I was so surprised how favourable to my purse my new sofa was. I wish i had found them before as it would have saved me a lot of money and i would have been a lot mote comfortable.

I discovered Richdale after trying to find a company to repair and re-cover one of our leather sofas. We didn’t want to throw it away as we love the look of it, it is one of a pair and we didn’t want to add to landfill. We also did look for a new sofa on the internet, but didn’t like any of the styles, they were expensive and we would have had to buy a matching pair.
Richdale were able to match the leather style and colour using a vast catalogue of available leathers, repair the broken arm rest, replace the padding and re-cover in a matching leather using the original leather pieces as a template. The result is amazing, with seam position and shape identical, including the original zips that attach cushions to back of sofa. We are so impressed with their handiwork and very happy to now have our old sofa looking like new at a cost that was less than a replacement. Would highly recommend Richdale to anyone thinking of giving their existing sofas and chairs a new lease of life
