Traveling to Cornwall we have stopped in this beautiful shop situated by the road next to a petrol station.
It was very easy to park in front and they have tables outside and they are clean.

The shop inside is like heaven, all nice and well prepared.
The shelves are really full and they have a bit of everything.

When we arrived at the coffee shop we really opened our eyes with surprise, everything looked so yummy that we wanted to try all the delicious food exposed.

The prices were good but the service was a bit sharp.

Self-service is a really good idea but when you arrive at the till it isn't just to pay.
Treating a human being it is nice to see a smile or eyes contact or a simple phrase that can make your day.

Apart from that it is a very recommended place to go as the product is very good with a super quality and the prices reasonable.

Just visited the Rise at Poundbury Christmas market and grabbed a pork and sage sausage roll for breakfast before the buyers arrive.

I'd say it's hands down the meatiest sausage roll I've ever had! it was packed with delicious, well flavoured meat and a light crispy pastry.

This is a nice little farm shop with a decent selection of locally produced products.
The bakery all looks delicious, and if I wasn't being careful about what I eat, I could quite happily consume all of what is on offer here.
This ship also has a good selection of beers, veg, and meats.
This shop is quite pricey but all the products do look be be very high quality.

Great bakery with fantastic real bread, amazing pastries, cakes and superb sandwiches , fresh coffees, or other hot & cold drinks.
There is no café as such, but there are a few tables and chairs outside in the very busy carpark on a very busy roundabout. You don't come here for the view!
There are also locally made products such as meat, fish, dairy, Veg, and Deli type products.
They also sell work by local creators & ethical brands, and there are things here you would buy as gifts or for yourself as a treat. Cards, jewellery, snacks, creams, lotions, candles, incense, ceramics, pet accessories, and foods. There is a LOT packed in here, but it doesn't look cluttered or jumbled.
This place does not pretend to be cheap or on a par with co-op or Lidl, so if you are on a tight budget it'd be hard to justify more than the occasional slpurge, or just treating yourself once a week to really GOOD bread because you deserve to put nice things in your body.
You absolutely get what you pay for, though, if you are buying food. The quality is top tier. And although you *could* shop here for most things you need, you wouldn't because that would mean you're a billionaire 😆
All in all, their pastries & bread are as good as any in France and the coffee is as good as any in Italy.

Omg!! This place is amazing!! But be careful we went past at about 3pm and there was literally practically nothing left! The pastries are out of this world as are the sandwiches!! Has to be the best farm shop in Dorset!! Yum Yum!

Best coffee I've had in a long time! Came across Rise Market by chance when we stopped at the petrol station nearby on the way to Devon and i'm so glad we spotted this place. I'm vegan and gluten intolerant and loved the selection of biscuits, chocolates, condiments etc and even gluten free, vegan baguettes!
We were due to take a different route on the way back but decided to change it simply to get coffee from here again and to show my nephew who is also gluten intolerant. He bought some of the bacon and eggs and said that you could really taste the difference in quality and would highly recommend. He also agreed that it's the best coffee he's had so far. There's really something for everyone here. What a wonderful little hidden gem. Staff are friendly and it has a really chilled atmosphere. Really wish that they had other stores in different locations though as i'd love one closer to Salisbury. Hopefully we will visit again on our next trip to Devon.
