Shop elsewhere if you can. Low stock when we visited in June. Website not clear or easy to find your items. Items they stock don't match what school have informed us we need. Telephoned them as they needed to direct me on the website to the items I needed as originally it looked like only 4 items of uniform available.
Did an order , school uniform says red socks , picture on website is red socks but black socks turn up as apparently color options after you click on the clear picture of the red socks for that school. Rang them up to ask why I had received black sock, unhelpful on the phone , would not send me another pair out or offer any help, this is a lazy / poor way of setting up website. we live an hour away so cant just pop in and sort it out. .. Very poor customer service. Website needs serious overhaul to make it user friendly. Would not bother shopping here again if anywhere else stocked the uniform.

I've always had a great experience with this company. Been using them for over 5 years, nothing too much trouble, always give good recommendations on sizing up to allow for growth and save on costs. Parking can usually be found directly outside or plenty of parking in Torquay itself.

Great service. Very helpful regarding size recommendations. Good returns policy if size is wrong. Quick delivery to shop if out of stock of the item/size you need. I was also lucky enough to get a parking space right outside the premises on the 2 occasions I visited. Highly recommended.

A consistently fine service - particularly during the crazy-busy times just before the start of term. Even during the restrictions of lockdown, with a queue halfway down the road, they methodically and systematically worked their way through the orders, with great customer service and a friendly, positive attitude. 👍

Absolutely loathe having to use this shop. The shop is cramped, the staff are rude and the clothing is dated and poor quality. I wish the schools would use somewhere else as Riviera Schooldays does not deserve the monopoly it holds over school uniform in Torquay.
