It’s amazing to find all the Turkish products I’ve been missing, and the variety is great. The website design is user-friendly, though it can be a bit slow when removing items to the basket.

Our order arrived in 3 days, and the packaging for glass items was excellent. However, I wouldn’t recommend ordering frozen products, as the börek I received was defrosted despite being in a thermo-protective package. Additionally, I ordered a small Cicibebe, but it came repackaged from a multipack rather than its original packaging.

I would highly recommend Robin Food is the only one that has been consistent about delivering products that are high-quality. I haven been ordering from Robin food since several years and the service has always been great! The customer service is very helpful and the items are always of great quality and as fresh as in the grocery. Sent by DHL and cherry juices exploded and ruined few other items in the package , which is the fault of the delivery company but when contacted Robin Foods and explained the situation they basically called me a liar in their email , even though delivery guy took photos and informed them about the damage.
Never ever use them again!!

Ordered few times and been happy so far . No delays on delivery. Packaging always top notch. Very carefully wrapped and never received anything damaged.cold items kept cold by using special fridge bags and ice packs . Fresh items also high standard, nothing looking old or pass their best Before time. Highly recommended .
