The gentleman working at this shop is the most patient man ive ever dealt with. I bring my vinted parcels here at least twice a week and he is always patient, courteous and just lovely. They work so hard here 24/7. Thank you. See you next week 🙂

Since the owners have changed this post office is the worse the employee or owner is so rude, unprofessional and unhelpful, it’s not like the previous owners, the ones that got all the positive reviews! I shall never go there again!

The only post office we will use! The staff are extremely knowledgeable, they’re always willing to help and never seem to resent their jobs which seems to be a common theme across other post offices in Eastbourne. The prices in the shop are all low, even the American sweets and drinks aren’t overpriced like everywhere else. Fresh eggs and bread are definitely worth adding to your basket. Would 110% recommend!!

My experience at this Post Office has always been 5*. The young man who works there is extremely knowledgable, friendly and patient. My parcels and letters are always delivered safely from this post office. I would rate it higher than five stars if I could. I go out of my way to drive to this post office, despite being closer to a couple of others, simply due to the customer service I receive!

This is a traditional post office in every sense, charming staff with an attitude that makes you feel like a unique customer. With speedy service and a good range of convenience goods.
