The young man working here started shouting abuse towards me and my friend, we both young women 20 + 19 because we overfilled our slushies. He claimed to have told us not to fill after the lid is on but we did not hear him as the machine was too loud in our ears and he must have spoken quietly. He proceeded to shout at us aggressively saying we ignored him and told us not to come back - like we ever would anyway. Used to love this shop, the lady who worked there was lovely. Very disappointed. We both left so angry and upset. We didn't shout or do anything to provoke this man, there was no reason for him to be so aggressive and abusive over a bit overfilled slushie. Could have just told us nicely or asked us not to before we even went to the machine. Just targeting vulnerable women it seems.

I visit this store every other day, all I can say about the family here is, they’re helpful and caring. They take their time to speak to you, I had visited this shop 3 times and Happy, the lady who works here, knew my name, every time I visit she greets each person with a smile, even when they have had a very long day and ready to close, she still stands and serves with a smile. I go out of my way to call by this shop, I will continue to do so, I wish we had more shops like this, mostly because of the people who work here. Keep up the good work Happy&Family

We moved to billingham 2018. Didnt know the area went in one day and the lovely warm feeling I got was lovely Lovely family so helpful we always go here everyday now. They always ask how you and family are always smiling. So helpful kind and all round beautiful people xxx
